OILTECHPIPE presents a range of high pressure pipes with the diameters up to 8″ for the working pressure up to 3000 psi. Pipes has higher reliability and strength indexes due to special high pressure profiles application that provides more tight stowage with uniform loading and also due to availability of polymer anti-friction layer under outer sheath.
Advantages
OILTECHPIPE has a range of advantages which provide higher technical parameters and lower operating costs in comparison with steel pipes which are traditionally applied:
- Lower cost of a pipeline;
- Lower expenses on pipeline installation;
- Production of long-length parts;
- Lower coefficient of heat transmission;
- Higher corrosion resistance;
- Possibility to use electrical heating;
- Lower hydraulic losses;
- Lower operating costs.
OILTECHPIPE is produced both for onshore and offshore applications and differs by the material of its outer sheath.
